It seems that the big Ethereum influencers refuse to acknowledge the importance and potential of ampleforth.. so we should organize our ideas and thoughts and inform the community.. let’s band together and really make big pushes..
These are all great ideas.
In the era of memes, community engagement through NFTs could be an effective strategy for influencing/marketing/spreading awareness of AMPL and elastic finance.
At the risk of self-promotion, I’ll link to an Ampleforth Collection of NFTs that I just created: https://app.rarible.com/ampleforth/onsale
Would love to see contributions from our passionate community members
This is absolutely going to be one of the first things on the agenda as soon as we get the DAO members oriented and kMPL into circulation We can have different projects targeting different demographics, platforms and more. We reach out to YouTubers and bloggers to establish cooperation.
A regular publication that involves tutorials, market analysis, future insights/trends, technical breakdowns of elastic finance opportunities would go a long long way.
I’m thinking of something like an elastic finance journal, that’s perhaps peer reviewed by DAO members + maybe the team. We can start off focusing on simple expositions (i.e., what is ample, what is a synthetic commodity money, liquidity mining) then extend to more technical analyses that may or may not include functional code or pseudocode outlines.
We want to be able to actively engage the builders in the defi space, make their job as easy as possible. If we can clearly define a problem statement in the space (i.e., stablecredit) and an algorithmic solution that can easily be translated to code then builders will take notice.
Many folks still don’t fully understand the implications of elastic finance because they are busy trying to build their own products. We want to be able to pass them the real tool they will need when they finally look up from under the hood and ask, “wrench please!” 😛
You’re right, cloudedlogic. I’m not surprised other crypto communities feel a threat. Ampleforth (and elastic money) is the next generation (BTC>ETH>AMPL) and this is recognizable by the strong community and early growth. What were your thoughts around strengthening the community?
